Data protection certificate 2025

In accordance with Section 38(1) of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in conjunction with Article 37(1)(b) and (c) of the EU GDPR, Sauter GmbH has repeatedly appointed DASBP Consulting as its external data protection officer.
In doing so, the company complies with the legal provisions governing the protection of personal data and its processing.
Furthermore, the company is continuously monitored for compliance with legal requirements regarding data protection and data security (Article 39 of the GDPR) and is advised on the implementation of technical and organizational measures to protect this data.
