In accordance with Section 38(1) of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in conjunction with Article 37(1)(b) and (c) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Sauter GmbH has once again appointed DASBP Consulting as its external data protection officer.

The company therefore complies with the legal provisions governing the protection of personal data and its processing.

In addition, the company is subject to ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding data protection and data security (Article 39 of the GDPR) and receives advice on the implementation of technical and organisational measures to protect this data.
